The staff was very efficient and willing to answer all our questions. The proximity to what we wanted to do and see was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and quiet even with the windows open. They had a nice assortment of services--small bar, nice dining room, great breakfast buffet and off street parking.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Christmas Market, the main square, and other attractions in Germany. the room was comfortable, well-lit, and equipped with amenities like a mini bar, flat-screen TV, and climate control. - I loved the bathroom with a great bathtub. - the hotel's location is fantastic, especially for its proximity to beautiful floral gardens.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, helpful, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing a phone charger in the middle of the night. The breakfast choices were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, close to downtown and historical sites, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The hotel staff spoke English fluently, which was greatly appreciated. The new and beautifully designed bathroom added an extra touch of luxury. The restaurant service was outstanding, with quick refills and attentive staff. The strategic location allowed us to easily explore Ludwigsburg. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and the mini bar had ample space for our own beverages. our stay at this hotel was mind-blowing and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Ludwigsburg. It's just a short walk to the city center, the stunning Christmas Markets, and the main square with the palace. the building and rooms are lovely, and they even offer a selection of personal beverages.

You can easily walk to the market square in less than 10 minutes, which is really convenient. The staff at this hotel was extremely nice and pleasant, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They even gave us fabulous dinner recommendations, which turned out to be superb. Another highlight was the comfortable beds with split mattresses and cozy quilts, ensuring a good night's sleep. In addition, the filled minibar with a variety of wines, chocolates, and juices was a nice touch. this hotel offers great value for money with its convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and attention to detail.
